Good afternoon!  Bad news.  The wind has just picked up to 22+ mph out of the SW causing for choppy conditions.  This is the windiest I have seen it since we have been up.  If you stay on the beach you will get sandblasted no doubt.  It is still surfable, but very choppy and with the drift and wind to be honest doesn’t look like a lot of fun.  But it is surf.  I would call it waist with bigger sets.  With this wind it could get bigger… fast.  The air temperature is 86 degrees.  The winds are supposed to be hard tomorrow morning so we will see what happens but keep your eyes on Thursday and Friday.  We could be in for some GREAT surf.
