It’s Islander Team Rider Rick Settlemire, who was a very talented airbrush artist. He ended up moving to Hawaii and started a family. Sadly he passed away on Oahu- I believe from a heart attack.
I like this image because it was taken at a great spot, which is the “Bay” at Ft. Pickens. I also like how he is so weightless – most of his board isn’t even touching the water.
