This is a photo I took of Bruce Hansel. Bruce moved to Pensacola for a bit during the mid 70’s. He now lives in Indo.

“Thanks to Tom Hutson for digging up a photo from the Archives! Dec. 1978 @ Pipe riding my first Pipe Board – a 2nd hand, broken, and repaired 8’0” Cort Gion glassed by the late, great Chris Lundy (RIP) and bought it off Chris. It was his personal board. Tom is a friend from Pensacola,Fla. where I did a couple sojourns after discovering how good the waves were compared to Sarasota as the Gulf Stream swings in right off the coast. Met many cool friends there!”
