Skip Savage in Costa Rica.
Without Skip, there may not have been much of a surf scene at all in Pensacola.
Skip started the Greg Noll Surf Shop in Gulf Breeze 56 years ago. Because business was so slow, he turned it over to Kendall Rooster and Yancy III, and then headed back to his home in Delaware. A few years later Ken sold his share to Yancy for $250. It eventually became Innerlight and the rest is history!
