Mike Pratt was a devoted Pensacola surfer throughout the 70’s. He moved to San Diego to persue his passion sometime around 1976. I think his surfing really came alive once he made the move, and was able to surf good waves consistently.
This is a photo I took of him at Blacks Beach in the summer of 1979. Pretty sure he was riding a G&S twin fin shaped by Terry Goldsmith.
