Rick Settlemire (right) was a talented Pensacola surfer/artist in the 70’s – airbrushing for Islander Surfboards. In my mind he rode Brian Waters shaped egg swallowtails really well – very stylish. He moved to Oahu sometime in the 80’s, I believe.
