 Good morning. The surf is totally flat right now. The wind is blowing out of the North at 4-6 mph with 9 mph gusts and the air temperature is a cold 39 degrees. We have a NEAP tide again today.  It doesn’t look like the surf will build today and I am not seeing any surf in our immediate future unfortunately. Keep your fingers crossed that changes.
