Good Morning. The Surf is flat.  The wind is blowing out of the NNE at 11-13 mph and the air temperature is 52 degrees. Brrrr.  Low tide is at 7:21 this morning and high tide is at 9:56 tonight.  It looks like we have another swell that is going to start tomorrow.
