What do you think a teenaged JB Schluter was thinking when he was riding this screamer at The Bay / Ft. Pickens? Was he thinking that 50 years later he would be in charge of a handful of Innerlight Surf Shops? Was he thinking they would even still be in business? Did he realize that he would one day have three great kids and 10 grandkids? Did he realize he would be the mayor of Gulf Breeze when he was in his 60’s?
Nah, he was probably just thinking he wanted to beat this section, avoid be slammed onto the shallow sandbar, and then paddle back out to catch another one!
