Good Morning Surfers. It’s sunny and colder at 48 degrees with NE winds 12-15 mph. The surf is shin to knee high, but will build this afternoon. Low tide is at 9:30. The tide will fill in, winds switch to the East around noon, and increase, and so will the surf. It will build thru the weekend and go offshore mid day Sunday!
