Tom Grow 1962/‘63
I think this was on the west side of the Pensacola Beach Pier. This would have been 2-3 years before Yancy Spencer III started surfing (1965). This was also 2-3 years before Tom was invited to compete in the World Titles held in Peru.
If I’m not mistaken Tom was riding his 9’6” Hobie.
