In January, 1975 some Pensacola guys spent a few weeks in Puerto Rico. It was a neat experience for guys who were mainly used to surfing sand bottoms – not reefs with sea urchins. Steve Davis had a favorite Hank Warner single fin board that he broke in Pensacola. After it was repaired he took it to PR, where he completely snapped it. So what do you do when you can’t surf the waves? You surf anyway, but on a road. Here Steve (middle) and Bzr Turner (top and bottom) make the most of it.
