Good morning surfers. It is sunny and 50° out on the beach with a north wind blowing 14-16 mph. The SURF is running, mainly knee to thigh high, but I’ve seen some waist high peaks. The guys out here surfing are definitely fighting this wind a little. I’d get on it now, the winds are going to pick up even stronger by 9 AM, 20+ MPH. Low tide was a few hours ago, but I don’t think that’s going to help with with this much offshore wind. It’s gonna go flat this afternoon and for a couple days and then a swell starting on Monday.
