Good Morning Surfers. We have a cold start to December out here on the beach. It’s 47 degrees with a NNE wind blowing 12-16 mph. There’s a knee high leftover wave trying to break out here. Later this afternoon the winds should switch more out of the east and it could build. It’s probably not worth it this morning with this much wind and it’s chilly.
