Good afternoon surfers! Wind and waves have picked up at Pensacola Beach this afternoon. Wind is Southwest at 10 mph and waves are knee high breaking up against the beach with choppy conditions. Storms are moving closer from the Southwest as well. I’m sorry that the cam is down due to the internet at the pier suffering a possible lightning strike. Cross your fingers that the cam and equipment is all OK at the pier. I will try to Report from data I have at hand and other cams in the area. Send me some live pictures and I will credit you in subsequent updated reports.
