Good morning. The surf is only running ankle to shin high. The wind is blowing out of the ENE at 7-9 mph with 14 mph gusts and the air temperature is 36 degrees.  We have a neap tide today so no real change there. The winds are supposed to switch out of the ESE pretty hard for the most of the day and we should have some surf by this evening and into the weekend so get your boards ready.
