Good morning .  The surf is thigh high with waist high sets. The form is poor. The wind is blowing out of the NW at 12-14 mph and the air temperature is 53 degrees. Low tide was at 3:13 this morning and high tide is at 5:06 tonight.  We will give you another surf r port later today.
