Monday Sunrise Beach and Surf Report 05/06/13

Good morning! It is a clear and chilly morning out here on Pensacola beach! The surf has left for the moment but is forecast to build again today. The models are showing maybe up to waist high. However at the moment the surf is only shin high. High tide peaked at 6 this morning and will be going out all day. The winds are out of the WNW at 7-8 mph causing for texture on the Gulf. We will have an update for to at midday. Have a great Monday!

A year ago today, the surf was only shin high and glassy. I think even the seaweed was starting to come in! Check it out!
