Good afternoon! It is cold out here on the beach!  The surf only has little shin high lines coming through . You can probably stand up paddle board on them but not much else.  The air temperature at the beach is 49 degrees.  The winds are out of the north east at 8 to 10 miles per hour causing for offshore glassy cold conditions.
