This is Tom from Remax on the Coast, live from 18th Ave. It’s 63 degrees with mostly cloudy skies and a brisk east wind. The water is clear and the surf is coming up! It’s currently knee to thigh high. If this wind continues it should pick up. It is long board able if you really want to get wet. Conditions are fairly sloppy and no one is out on this end of the beach.
