Good afternoon. It’s still cloudy at Pensacola Beach but it is really beautiful out here today. The winds are really light out of the SSE. My wind gauge was reading 3.5 mph at the Cross which is causing glassy conditions. The surf at the Cross is totally flat but at the Pier it was running ankle to shin high. If you wait for a long time you may even have a knee high set come through ever so often. The air temperature is 82 degrees. Walked to the end of the Pier and took some pictures and video. There is tons and tons of marine life in the water right now. I saw some Spanish, a Ramora, and some Skip Jack. There are 1000’s of bait fish too. It would be a great day to take out the SUP! We will give you another report at sunrise tomorrow.
