Good afternoon!  It’s a pretty day out here at Pensacola Beach.  Looks like tons of rain towards Pensacola and towards I-10 but the beach is still nice.  The surf is flat. I didn’t see anything that could be ridden.  The winds are blowing out of the SW at 6-7 mph causing for semi choppy conditions.  Great day to take out the SUP.  I am not seeing any chance of surf in the next couple of days but I hope I am wrong.  Ernesto has 50 mph winds and is expected to be a hurricane sometime on Monday.  The models have it going a little more West than what it was showing yesterday not that that really means anything this far out.  It looks like it could be in the Gulf as early as Wednesday so we may have some surf coming our way next week.  We will give you a sunrise report as always.  Have a great FRIDAY!!!
