Good afternoon. As of right now it’s a pretty day out at Pensacola Beach. There is some rain offshore though. Hopefully it will stay away. The wind is blowing out of the SW at 12-14 mph and the air temperature is 84 degrees. The Beach is a little blocked up with Innerlight’s grand opening and the Flounder’s fishing rodeo but once you get past that the traffic is as smooth as ever. Unfortunately for us surfer’s, the surf is flat. Looks like a fun day to take out the SUP (stand up paddleboard) though. We have some small seas for Monday and Tuesday. To bad the winds are out of the SW…. Hopefully there will be something big enough to ride on a longboard or SUP. That’s really all I am seeing in the forecast as of now but anything can change on the Gulf of Mexico. We will give you another updated report at sunrise tomorrow.
