Good morning surfers!  Pensacola Beach is absolutely beautiful this late morning, almost afternoon.  The rain and gray, depressing clouds are not over the beach.  I can see them in the distance 360 degrees around the beach but it is sunny and blue skies directly above me.  The surf is kind of up.  It is a solid shin to knee high in places but it is only peaks of waves that break into nothing.  It would be a great day to teach someone how to surf but as for a semi-quality surf sesh, right now is not the time.  The winds are West at 9-10 mph causing for windy and slightly choppy conditions.  Low tide isn’t until later today, so there could be a small bump…the waves have a little energy behind them, so it could give us a tinnnnnny push.  Don’t hold your breath though…we’ll update later today!
