Good morning! What an awesome sunrise this morning at Pensacola Beach.  The surf is running thigh to waist high with bigger set waves coming through ever so often.  The surf has been getting better after about an hour or two of daylight so we will see what happens as the day goes on.  Hopefully that trend will continue.  The wind is blowing 13-15 mph out of the NE causing for a bump on the surface.  The form is bad at 18th right now.  The best formed wave is at the right of the Pier (see the video.)  The outside at the Cross isn’t really breaking as of yet so only the inside is breaking.  The point closed yesterday at 6 pm.  Most of the models are now showing Tropical Storm Isaac going into Louisiana.  Look like it will make landfall either Late Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.  The models are showing the surf building all day.  They are showing head high surf today and overhead tomorrow morning.  Have a great Monday and we will update the report again at midday.
