Happy New Year Surfers! The temperature is a bone chilling 28 F on Pensacola Beach with 20-25 mph North Easterly winds causing for a 15 F wind chill. Our precious warmth is leaving the Water and lows in the 20’s all week will ensure that we’ll encounter brain freezingly cold water when we get Surf again. The tide will be low at 7:59 am and high at 9:51 pm. There is Surf on the forecast for tomorrow, but I don’t know how it would be possible with the Gulf of Mexico frozen over. This is the Gulf though, and maybe some waves will bounce of of Cuba and come back across the Gulf or something. Have a great day and enjoy the New Year!
