Good morning! It’s a nasty day out here on Pensacola Beach. The surf is up! Unfortunately it is victory at sea at the pier. It is well overhead and breaking at the end of the pier and all the way through to the beach. It is a sudsy, washing machine at the pier. The winds are coming out of the SSE at 27-30 mph causing for choppy, nastiness. Shelter could help, just not sure how much shelter we have from a SSE wind. High tide was at 1:56 am and low tide will be at 1:04 PM. The winds are forecast to go offshore at some point today. We will keep our eyes on the Gulf of Mexico and let you know when conditions change. Have a great day!
