Good morning! It is very chilly at the beach with a 15 mph NW wind blowing. The surf is knee, thigh, rarely hip high at the pier. Go out if you want but it is breaking fast. Did I say it was chilly? Maybe the sun will warm the day up. There will be no big change in the tides today as it is a neap tide. We will have you another surf report at midday.
