1:00pm Tuesday update
The surf at 18th Ave. is a disorganized knee high with a possible thigh peak every now and then. The tide seems a bit full, so the waves are short. It’s 65 degrees with a moderate east wind. Skies are overcast and the water is clear green. The pier could be a bit larger, but I haven’t seen it. No one is out anywhere near 18th.
