Tuesday After-work Beach and Surf Report 07/24/12

Good afternoon!  It is rainy and stormy on parts of Pensacola Beach.  We saw a storm that followed us all the way from Navarre Beach.  There were no waves at 18th or the Cross, but the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier had a little shin to knee high ( sometimes bigger) peak coming through.  It didn’t go very far but it was the only thing semi-rideable in the area.  The lifeguards have pulled everyone off the beach because of lightning.  The winds are coming out of the West at 14-15 mph causing for choppy conditions.  We will have a report for you tomorrow at dawn!
